The Serras Verdes Circuit (CSVerdes) was approached by Willian Pellegrini, who proposed a partnership with Recóleo for the collection and recycling of used cooking oil in the region.
The partnership aims to expand the circuit’s network of collection points, encouraging residents and merchants to dispose of frying oil properly. The collected material is turned into biodiesel and, more recently, into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
The initiative reinforces the Serras Verdes Circuit’s commitment to environmental preservation and the sustainable development of the region’s communities.
