The Water Quality Atlas of the Pampulha Reservoir summarizes 20 years of research by UFMG's Reservoir Environmental Management Laboratory (LGAR). The work brings together data on the evolution of water quality, the impacts of urbanization, and environmental recovery efforts in the Pampulha region.
The publication is the result of a partnership between UFMG and several environmental institutions, including Recóleo, which actively contributes to preserving Belo Horizonte's water resources through the collection and recycling of cooking oil.
The atlas is available for consultation in university libraries and can be purchased through UFMG.
